During its first three days of release, the vampire anime movie That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: Scarlet Bond (Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken: Guren no Kizuna-hen) grossed approximately $3.19 million in revenue and sold 313,000 tickets.
On Friday of last week, the movie was released in Japan. The film’s first two days of release resulted in ticket sales of 225,000 and earnings of 297 million yen (about $2.15 million US), placing it in second place on the box office chart after its initial weekend of release.
Beginning in early 2023, Crunchyroll will release the film in all major global markets except Asia. The release of the movie in international markets will begin in December. It will ultimately take place in the countries of following: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, France, Germany, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South and Central America. The crew has discussed the possibility of showing the movie in additional nations and areas.

The series is produced by DAX Production and directed by Keiichi Sato. The series stars Natsuki Hanae as Yuichiro Hyakuya, Miyu Irino as Mikaela Hyakuya, Kensho Ono as Shiho Kimizuki, Yūto Uemura as Yoichi Saotome, and Tsubasa Yonaga as Mitsuru Hitokiri.
